Donna Montalbano, Business Development Team With a Masters in Human Resources Management and over twenty years in the employment industry, Donna runs the business development team. As a small business owner she feels it's her responsibility as well as her passion to grow the business. She particularly enjoys helping small to medium size organizations resolve their hiring challenges. Donna founded TAG in 2006 and currently works in the corporate office in New York.

Tom Chaplin, Executive Search Team In addition to running the talent acquisition team, Tom works directly with clients to insure superb delivery of recruiting solutions. In one form or another, Tom has worked in the employment industry for over twenty years. He has provided hiring solutions to a wide variety of organizations, ranging from start-ups to fortune 100 organizations. He has placed thousands of individuals, from developers and architects to senior executives. Additionally, Tom is co-founder of The Talent Acquisition Group, Inc. and also provides career coaching to individuals and groups. Tom is located in Northern Virginia and runs the Washington, DC office.
